  HOUSE RULES:
  Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
  Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
  Self check-in with lockbox
  Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
  No smoking
  Pets are allowed
  
  YOU MUST ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE:
  Must climb stairs — If using single bed in loft, must climb ladder
  Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
  May encounter potentially dangerous animal — “We have seen bobcat tracks but never the animal itself. Moose, bears, bobcats, and Lynx live in this area.”
